    3 hour timeline

    • Yummys is a first to secure venue establishment. Half is due to secure the date with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to event.

    • Liquor and beer must be served by a Yummys qualified licensed bartender due to IL liquor license and law

    • Yummys has a 2-5 hour deep clean in between events already reflected in packages

    • Wedding ceremony and reception is $500 to secure date with payment schedule due monthly and in full 60 days prior to wedding date.

    • Yummys team will perform a pre-event staging walkthrough up to 30 days prior to event with clients to establish layout and arrangement of furnishings

    • Yummys Venue will honor all bids for up to 30 days. Please inquire below to take the first step to securing your date!

    • Events on Holidays, such as New Year’s Eve/Day or Thanksgiving, will be the “Saturday Package” rate as seen above
